We’re sure you’re already familiar with the cobranding between mima and award- winning car safety brand, BeSafe. The two giants of the childcare world joined forces some years ago to bring you the leatherette mima iZi Go 0+ car seat by BeSafe.

However, we thought we’d give the car seat a new look...

This year we have updated the design of the mima iZi Go Modular X1 car seat to include a soft, polyester seat cover to offer a fresher, cooler alternative to the original leatherette. But don’t let this change fool you: the result is just as elegant and matches with mima pushchairs perfectly thanks to the leather-like design printed onto the fabric.

As well as these aesthetic updates, the new BeSafe car seat also offers:

• -  BeSafe Dynamic Force AbsorberTM – new, state-of-the-art solution in the seat’s side wings to lesson damage caused by side impacts

• -  BeSafe Newborn HuggerTM - a 10o more recline and back wedge for extra comfort (should be removed after child reaches 60 cm/4 months old)
